Can an ex find out how much money you make from child support agency? Would they contact a person and tell them that there ex is making more money and that they should take them to court to get more money from them?
My husband divorced his ex wife 8 years ago. Since, she has become delinquent on a large number of debts. She recently moved and neglected to update her contact info with the debt collectors. We don’t know how, but the collections agencies have got both our mailing address and home phone number. Now that they can’t reach my Husband’s ex they’ve begun to harass us. We know all of her current contact info (address, phone and email). How do we update her contact information so they will leave us alone!
my ex dumped me but 6 days later hung out wiht me told me he missed me, now we are seeing eachother again and he wants to get back together. i dont want to get back together officially just yet see how it goes. wat are the rules? do i still need to tell him details of wat i do every day? ami allowed to hang out with guy friends he disapproved of when we were together? stuff like that.

My fiance lost his children in a nasty divorce and child custody hearing. We live in Mississippi and they favor women in child custody cases. His ex-wife is abusive to the children and we have gotten proof. We went to our local D.H.S and the children told them everything. They accused the children of lying and the father of coaching his kids. We even had pictures of injuries their mother left on their bodies. They even had some on them when we went in and showed them. Still it didn’t help. We have been continually reporting these things to our d.h.s and the children have been telling their teachers and counselors at school things that happen to them while in their mothers care, nothing happens. Since then his oldest soon has been molested while in his mother care and nothing has been done by d.h.s. He was tested for molestation by a doc. that our d.h.s referred and when it came back positive they said he was not a credited doc. by them. We have even reported the local d.h.s to our state government, still nothing has been done. The children are 11, 8, and 6. There is still a lot of abuse that I didn’t have room to put on here. We don’t know what to do, and the children are loosing hope and don’t want to talk anymore because their mother finds out what they are reporting about her and they suffer for talking against her. Please help.
Ex wife sees no problem with staying with ex sister in law or ex mother in law on vacation. Is she still carrying a torch for him or is there something else going on? Why would she pick them to stay with when there are other alternatives?
When he left you for an ex girlfriend. The girl dumped him like 7 years ago for another man and married that man. Now that the marriage didnt work she contacted my boyfriend and he went back with her.

My ex wife constantly yells at my kids and tells them that it is all their fault that she got divorced. She also says bad things about me (a lot of stuff). The divorce agreement states that neither spouse say anthing bad to the kids about the other spouse. Is it possible to get a restraining order that says she can not do that any more? What are some other ways I can get her to stop?
